Utility Services Associates, Inc., an employee-owned business, is a combination of five firms; Booth & Associates, Inc., C.W. Wright Construction Company, Inc., Electrotech, Inc., Key Construction, Inc. and Seaboard Boring LTD.

As of July 2002, these firms have become subsidiary companies of Utility Services Associates, Inc. The companies operate independently, but now have the opportunity to combine efforts for design/build opportunities.

With a long history of positive business experience, our firms recognize that the capabilities of combining efforts could provide a higher level of service to new and existing clients.
